Essentials of EPI is developed and supported by AbbVie Medical Affairs as a centralized resource for HCPs who are treating patients with EPI.

The website content is curated based on the unique scenarios faced by advanced practice providers (APPs), gastroenterologists, gastric/pancreatic surgeons, oncologists, primary care physicians, and registered dietitians in the United States. Our overarching goal is to increase awareness of clinical signs and symptoms of EPI, underlying conditions that increase risk of developing EPI, and provide confidence to speak with patients and caregivers.
